One day adventure activities: Trekking, Rappelling, Rock Climbing and Canyoning/waterfall rappelling.

Itinerary:

Time Activity 8:30AM Assemble at Bhupateshwara kona trek base. Briefing, signing disclaimer, equipment distribution 9:00AM Start trekking 9:30AM Basic Rappelling and Rock Climbing 11:30PM Continue trekking to lunch campsite 12:30PM Reach campsite. Lunch. 1:30PM Water activities: Natural pool sliding, waterfall rappelling 3:00PM Return trek 5:00PM Reach trek base. Equipment packup. End of Event.

Where is the trek:

The trek will be organized in Bhupateshwara Kona near TP Kottai, Satyavedu range, AP. Its about 80kms from Chennai via Thiruvallur - Uthukottai route. Detailed map link with directions will be emailed to registered participants.

How to join the trek:

There are two options for participants from Chennai:

1.) Self drive (Car or Motorcycle) to trek base. (Map and directions in link).

2) Reach Uthukottai town by 7am through public transport and join in our vehicle. Buses ply frequently from Koyembedu. On the way back to Chennai, we can drop you in a bus to Chennai (Koyembedu) or adjust in other participant's car if possible.

What to carry:

• Sturdy backpack, personal medication, torch light, plate, spoon and tea glass, water bottle
• Good trekking shoes (avoid bulky shoes and sandals), slippers for campsite and water activities
• 1 set of extra clothes, light towel, light blanket
• Cap, sunscreen and camera (optional)
• Dress code: T-shirt/cotton shirt, hiking trousers/track pants, Swimming shorts. Avoid tight fitting jeans, shorts and Bermudas for the trek. Who is organizing the trek:

What facilities are provided:

The trek will take place in pristine forests. We endeavor to provide the best possible options for participant comfort, safety and hygiene.

• Water : Water purification tablets for safe drinking water • Privacy tent: For dress changing and makeshift toilet for women What are the safety parameters: • All equipment used for activities are of CE certified grades. • All procedures used for anchors and rope systems are of IMF standards. • All lifejackets and PFDs used are of IRS grade quality. • All procedures in water based activities are of NIWS guidelines. • First Aid Kit: Comprehensive first aid kit with basic medicine, bandages, ORS and a portable emergency stretcher are available throughout the event.

Tariff: Rs.1,350/- per participant

Includes: - Food: All veg food only. Individual Snack pack with 2 apples, 2 pear fruit, 2 snickers. Tea. Lunch: Veg Pulav.
